Fanboy willing to pay $50 a month for Mortal Online

Well, seems the MO fanboys have gone completely insane. They are now saying they would pay $50 a month for Mortal Online if StarVault were to raise the monthly price. Remember, people like this kill games:

People spend that monthly in F2P games already, not impressive :P
Though it's pretty obvious no one agrees with a monthly fee like that, no P2P MMO goes over what WoW charges monthly, love that magical limit, if you want to squeeze more money from your customers you implement item malls and RMT in your P2P game.

Hes actualy right, im sure a decent amount of people would actualy be willing to pay 50bucks a month if it is a good game. Compared to alot of things in real life 50a month for playing unlimted amount of time is pretty damn cheap. Cinema 10bucks for 1hour and 30mins (not including food etc), paintball 20bucks a person for 20mins., shitty xbox games 50bucks for 1-4days of gaming.
He never said he would pay 50bucks himself actualy. And neither would I, but who would have though that some idiot would pay 5000 for the first LE also.
I don't see a problem. Fan's of sports teams play thousands of dollars a year for season's tickets for something I wouldn't even bother to attend if they were given to me for free.
Fans support their teams, or games in this case and 50 bucks is small investment for some of them to try and keep the dream alive.
Doesn't make them idiots, just makes them fans. Most of us just don't happen to be willing to support the home team in this case.

if they give me that month as a gametime ,it would go something like this 30days*24hours 720 hours,so you get 720 hours of gametime for $50
i play 2 hours per day so its 2*30= 60 hours per month
its 720/60=12 months ,nice

$10 for movies...YEAH IF THE SEATS ARE MADE FROM GOLD buddy...dont make up jack squat prices. Who knew there was something called the "Dollar Movie Theater" at least in my town which does come out with new releases

yet your trolling yourself i dont see him as trolling he is just giving his opinion on a situation that he doesnt agree with considering the circumstances involved. If you paid $100 for it, cool good for you, you the cool kid on the block playing a game that barely functions as of yet. Id say good to know your enjoying it I hope you are for $100. But, i repeat but, thats your choice, and I will respect it. Just realize people have opinions that differ from yours but that doesnt make it any less or more important than yours. So rather than berate the OP about "whining" or "crying" how about your provide more constructive feedback rather than being a childish and calling names. My advice, grow up.

You kinda missed the point there. Sure you paid 100 for it. But the point is paying monthly. Would you pay 100 for it and 100/month for it? If so..then perhaps you are the one who should leave mom's basement.

I wish we still had a theater like that where I live. Right now, it's $8.50 for a matinee ticket, $10.50 after 6 or 7 PM and $13.50 for the "Director's Lounge". And those are the prices for the cheapest theater. I've seen regular evening tickets as high as $16.50 (and that was a few years ago, i'm sure prices have gone up).

which is why i dont really go the movies anymore. You can easily spend upwards of $40-60 for the 2 movie tickets, pop corn, drinks, and other various junkfood. and for the most part considering the lack of originality in movies as of late, its a grand waste of money for 2-3 hours. I maybe lucked out once or twice in the last 4 years in which a movie was moderately good or entertaining. but for the most part I avoid movies not only for the expense involved but for the lack of originality from movie studios these past 5-10 years.
