Hmm? I highlighted Turbine as one of the can't-be-that-bad companies (because we experience their main servers where the development team work focuses on), so nope. I have no idea how DDO is doing after the F2P change though, at least they have LOTRO.
The game was RF Online.
Ohhhhhh! Hey! I totally loved that game. However I didn't play it when it was P2P and nor when it was F2P. At the time I was really glad I spent my time on a private server, definitely a good community on the private server for that game. I really wished they'd revamped the game, added more shit and had WASD as a basic function of movement and what not, but now that game is officially dead with the whole F2P counterpart so bleh. It was somewhat fun while it lasted

She fails to see how she acted objectively. She understands that she is a hothead and very assertive in her negative opinions, yet she naturally fails to find better methods of fixing the problem, in fact, complaining like this only puts any progress and influence she had as a Gamsage into fast reverse.
I understand why she is upset and can sympathize ive been in the exact same situations, but the way she is acting is litteraly the reason that the popular term "Digging your own grave" exists.
The funny thing is I think a couple of you (like twiggy and john) purposely tried to get people to flame each other in this thread to try to get it locked. If that's true, then you guys truly are desperate to defend Aeria. But hey, you won't be able to get my threads locked everywhere I post so in the end, you fail.

Which methods would you be refering to? Because nothing else works with Aeria. As for as my influence as a GameSage, go ask the community if they agree with that statement.

Yeah, sometimes I wish they would just go and shut down the game (I check whatever's left of the community once in a while), F2P games sometimes feel like some game version with a financial success based on a pact with a devil, especially when they were P2P at some point :P
Spent some years on it, tried (and still try) very hard to try and accept the F2P version and enjoy the game, but never works for long, heh.

Nobody is doubting your evidence!! It's just that you've made all your evidence completely useless by ruining your influence and respect from aeria to be able to use it!! Nobody in aeria will take you serious anymore because you openly bashed the entire company instead of formally brining it up rather than causing so much trouble turmoil.
I wish it could have worked out better, but it's already to late to do anything about it...

I'm beginning to think this is all a ploy set up by abentwookie here. See, we all make a big deal out of LC and while she's "bsing" she's really using reverse psychology because she's still a GS for Aeria, you see? So making a big deal out of this was all apart of her plan to begin with to basically feed Aeria new potential customers, because now people are interested in Last Chaos, how it looks, how it plays, and shit, maybe they're interested in the community now.
By her calling everyone here a shill, she's trying to side with the customer but she's really still with Aeria because they're giving her free AP points and maybe even a couple more under the table for doing this for them.
It was no surprise when Superman showed up and made a post because he was obviously in on the act from the beginning, thus this entire thread is all about how abentwookie is truly the representative of Aeria here.

Again not true. You guys really fail at things. For her progress made as a gs to be somehow diminished or reversed, would imply that progress was made. It would also imply that an indentured servant has some sorta say over his masters. complete bullshit.
i play 40k tabletop. when the latest chaos codex was released, i was sent into a donald duck quackering nerd rage. i dont give a shit about this game or any f2, . yet the arguing going on here makes zero sense.

I think she's just incredibly dense and can't see what she has done objectively, and fails to accept or for that matter e believe the fact that she has screwed herself over. You start believing something so passionately, theres no way in hell that she can be wrong as far as she's conserned.

lol No one at Aeria took us seriously anyway, even when I was a GS. Superman TOLD the GSes that we weren't taken seriously when we argued with him in the private GS forum. Remember the argument you had with Gio, Supes? I don't think any of the GSes that were around then ever forgot about that one.
I'll check my screenies from back then and see if I have logs for that one too. lol The fact is that Aeria doesn't have any respect for the players, GSes, or even the GMs. Look at how they treated Krash...

It really should be locked because nothing constructive is going to come out of it except for what has already been said. You wanted opinions, and you got them. Most of the opinions are people saying that they agree and in my case, even sympathize with why you are angry. But we also see, that you have destroyed any chance of doing anything about it.
Back when you were still a gamesage you may have had the power to share your opinion with the CEO by directly adressing him formally. Now you have destroyed that by giving yourself a bad image through bashing all of Aeria. I'm not trying to play a blame game, it's not your fault and that's just the kind of person you are. But I just summed up the entire situation in this post here.
There is no more subject material worth talking about, because there is nothing constructive that can be said anymore except sorry and good luck with that.

What they don't realize that is even if this thread gets locked, i'm posting it on every game forum I can find. What are they going to do, follow me from forum to forum? Yeah, I know Supes will but.... lol
Oh and I can't really take credit for the evidence. It all comes from various GameSages and players.

They don't any of their players seriously to begin with. They don't listen AT ALL. I've said this twice in this thread now.... countless topics were started that were there so players could discuss issues with the game and the GM's... they were always locked, deleted, moved, and marked as spam. They don't want to hear the player complaints.. even a well written letter sent to them directly would be ignored. There is no way to get an audience with anyone who works for Aeria Games who will sit and listen to what the players dislike and want to see changed.
It does not matter your approach or your methods, their players AREN'T important to them.. the satisfaction of their customers matters very little to them. I have never seen a game master for aeria (with the exception of one or two) actually LISTEN to legitimate complaints from the community and make any effort to do anything about it. Nobody who gets a paycheck from Aeria Games (which includes their current game sages, as they get paid in AP) will listen until they are fired, quit, or have been screwed over the same way all of us have. I took the route of trying to contact people in Aeria to get help with my harassment issues.. I received NONE. I decided my best option was to leave this game and its leadership behind, move on to better things.
The evidence speaks for itself, its very clear from many screen shots that the GM's lie and don't follow their ruls, that AGE_ks1lent at the very least is a corrupt product manager. It stands on it's own, and everything else is just extra info. If someone could look at the screenshots and say "This must be fake, this must be a lie, your evidence is garbage", then they are a fool... and they're probably happy in their little world, the type that sit back and support corruption and lies as long as it technically doesn't affect them. "Well, it didn't happen to me, so... it must be ok. I don't care as long as I have this and that still." This is all about the principle behind the matter.

Yet you will continue posting (along with John and Twiggy) as long as I post. Don't deny it. lol As I said, GameSages have no power and the GMs don't care what we say. Never have, never will. Some of us have complained to the CEO before about things with no results. Although we did have one small victory a while ago. And I sent the screenhots to him anyway so hopefully he will take action against ksilent. If not, then our (as in "us" not just "me" war will continue. So let me make this clear: I don't care if you disagree. You are entitled to your opinion. However nothing you say is going to change what happens. We will continue fighting on.

She's not a game sage for Aeria anymore.. and Superman showed up because he likes to try to censor anything negative about Aeria or LC. He's been doing it for ages.. shows up anytime someone posts evidence of how shady their business is.
This kinda stuff is pretty common...
Aeria probably has next to no control over "their" games and just post bs marketing on the forums to try to please people since that is all they can actually do. They didn't develop the game so they can't fix the bugs, plus I'd bet most of Aeria that the players get to talk to are paid to lie... It's their job to be salesmen, and even though KSilent sounds like a douche this kinda stuff is usually expected in those second rate FTP games.

You still have better odds of getting something done by going about it constructively rather than digging a grave. How do you know that the mindset of the CEO is exactly the same as the workers he hires. Complaining like this only hurts the "Player community" of the game that you once loved, all over a GM/Company dispute. So even this Gamesage is effectively "Punishing" her fellow community, for something personal.
She is trying to hurt Aeria by going into a "Nerdrage", yet she is also screwing up the player community that she once represented as fellow friends and gamers.
