character transfers

in Final Fantasy XI

My little brother has a character(a Lvl 40 WHM) on my FFXI account. He recently bought the game for himself and would like to transfer his character to his account. He's logged over 25 days already and we're hoping that he does not have to start a brand new character.  If anyone has any information on this or knows where to find out how to accomplish this task, I'd really appreciate it if you let me know.

    He is gonna be forced to make a new character. SE does not transfer characters. Tough luck for your brother. He should have waited till he got his own copy and then play the game.

    If you have a lvl 5 char, why dont you take his account so he can have his lvl 40 Whm.
