Trying to claim GW beta ticket and having issue

I click the link in my e-mail and a blank navy blue page with a frame in the middle loads and that's it.  I've tried after a reboot and yet nothing seems to work.

    your having the same problem as me, if you left click and drag your cursor across screen you will see the same error message as i got (see my post) its just yu cant see the black typeface on the dark blue screen, i have mailed support@mmorg to tell them the problem, i advise you to do the same
