Looking for a guild? to join

in WWII Online: Battleground Europe
Hey everybody, i just submitted my account info and am in the process of downloading the game.  Im not sure what "guilds" or "clans" as they are in other games, called in this game.  But i am looking for one to join.  I would like it to be fairly large, so there is a good chance somebody will always be on when im on.  Anybody in a group that is recruiting i would love to hear from you, as i like FPS games but am getting sick of the same ol' same ol' of CS Source.

    they are called Squads

    There are many good Allied squads u can join. U doesnt really need to do anything just play. Very soon someone will invite u to his squad.

    But if u want to find before playing

    Another way to find a good squad is just to play the game.   Look for the big attacks (since you want a big squad) and when you find one, ask what is the attack channel.  Tune the channel, play with the guys, and if you like their squad, ask if it's possible to join their squad.

    Thanks for the info.  My problem now is that i cannot log in.  I created my account, filled out my profile, made sure it is active and i have a cd/activation key.  Ive reset the account and password, but when i try to log into the game it keeps giving me the unknown user name or password error.  I have contacted customer support, but have no answer yet, but its only been 4 hours or so, so i am still being patient.

    Do any of you have any tips on what i might do so that i can log in?  thanks

    Yup, tried all of the stuff on that page, but still isnt working.  Guess i will have to wait for customer support to get back to me.  Do you know if their customer support is decent and doesnt take a while for feedback?

    Post your problem in the Community Support Forums instead: U will get answers fast, they are a pretty small team compared to this huge game, but they have some very dedicated helpers who will solve your problem.

    Yes once you reach sgt u are able to spawn them from one of 4 paratrooper bases (1 British, 1 French, 2 German)
