I was wondering at what lvl MoM has any impact on your gameplay?

level 1... you can not be a rune keeper or a warden without it. Otherwise I believe you won't be venturing into the mines until the late 40's early 50's.
Considered how cheap MoM is (at least in the US), you really shouldn't hesitate to get it. It's a great expansion!
Level 48-50 you'll be wanting to enter the Mines of Moria, although, you'll also be wanting Siege of Mirkwood for the skirmishing to be honest, get yer wallet out!!
Agree. If you don't want to play one of the 2 MoM classes, wait until 30 I'd say. SoM really impacts gameplay with Skirmishes at 30, I find it makes the game much more enjoyable!
