    Haha, I knew about this.  Pretty neat to actually try and read it.  I blew through the paragraph without giving it much thought actually till I got to the end and then looked it over and realized it was all garbled.

    So yes I can read it.

    No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-

    Spelling is still important. After all before you can read the garbled words...you first need to know how to read and properly spell the word first.

    I don't believe that only 55% can read it, assuming everybody reading it is otherwise literate and has had basic education.
