Some think it's better, some don't. It's definitely very different. Yes, it's worth the free trial.
Based on subscribers you could infer that AC1 is better since it has more than twice the subscribers. Still AC2, is a decent game and I say it's worth the download. What do you have to lose? It's free.
If you wait a couple months until the expansion comes out to try it, I think you will be a lot happier. The thing most people complain about is the lack of players online. When the expansion comes out there should be a lot more poeple online.
Yes it's worth the free trial.
Try it after the xpack comes out though...
