Which class takes the most skill?

Hey everyone, I wandered to this game for one reason only, it features twitch combat :P

I would love to be an archer, and have played through 2 dungeons as one, but I don't think the bow takes any skill since the arrows have no travel times nor arc. I heard spellcasters take very little twitch, are rangers lumped into the same category? I don't know, I'll play a melee class if the archers are more "World of Warcraft" than "Mortal Online".

If I play melee, rougues take the most skill right? Ty ahead of time!

EDIT: forgot to add, I love pvp

When I'm energetic I'm:

When I'm at default I'm:

WHITE/BLUE

Lol according to this I'm bipolar :O

The twitch with a Ranger is avoiding being hit, especially in an exchange of projectiles, using the landscape and climbing, also when to go melee. DDO is very easy at low levels, so you can get away without needing to twitch. I would suggest sticking with Ranger and soloing quests on the higher settings, so you can't afford to be hit, melee too much and have to plan.

DDO isn't the game for PvP.

I personally like Monk as it feels more active to play as a class, but I am probably in a minority.

All classes are difficult in a way, there's a huge difference between a good player and a bad one, no matter what class he or she plays. From my personal experience, rogues was the hardest for me to learn to play, with bard as a close runner-up.

    REALITY CHECK

There really isnt PvP in this game, some tavern brawls... but its not much.

I pretty much agree with the above post about classes, even tho' I havent tried monk, no points to buy it. :)

    E: I'm playing a bard/fighter multiclass.

Wizard. Starts very squishy and hard to play. Ends to be godlike powerful

I have a saying about rogues:

Are rogues for Traps, or are traps for rogues?

Rogue is definitely a hard to class to play, because of their lack of "in your face" abilities. You really have to be tactical when you play one. Far too many rogues are the first to run straight into a mob, and immediately die. They also have so many skills, a well played rogue is very powerful(not in the traditional lop your head off way).

    Bards

"Traditionally, massively multiplier online games have been about three basic gameplay pillars – combat, exploration and character progression. In Alganon, in addition to these we've added the fourth pillar to the equation: Copy & Paste."

EVERYTHING is Twtich.  Melee is the best.  CLerics are twitch just to keep people alive.  Casters are twitch.  Ranged Combat...I would recommend staying away from it.
