    These screenshots look pretty good.

Yes, we all know they use an art style similar to WoW, and even try to be similar  to the way WoW plays.  They said they wanted to be familiar to WoW players looking for something a little different. (community being one of the biggest differences.)

It does look like there are no creatures or bosses inhabiting the dungeon though. That will come a little later I guess?

One of the selling points, that I can't help but agree with, is having a smaller community.  Something hard to find in World of Warcraft. They also talked about having newsletters showcasing players,  guilds and GM events. Which is also something not easy to get in World of Warcraft cause its just too popular.

Is it just me or are these some of the most bland screenshots ever? No static placement of PC / NPC entities, in fact no entities as such at all. Really wanted to see something new and exciting, sure this is new however it is miles away from being exciting :(

In all honesty if this is as far as they've got with the first dungeon then I would have rathered that they posted screenshots of another requested feature - screenshots showing the players working together on the Dawning event. At least those screenshots would feel alive.

Nice quality interior work.  I like the style.

One man, a small pile of money, and the screwball idea of a DIY Indie MMORPG? Yep, that's him. ~sigh~

Yeah, and some of the walls in the second shot should be moved forward, the ground in the third shot needs more of some other colors.

Oddly I had the first post on this thread and it said something similar to this. I didn't use any insults or rude language and it was removed. Perhaps they expected this to be a thread of everyone saying how amazing it looks when it both doesn't look good and it looks exactly like WoW art.

Not sure how one person can be allowed to say that but not another, but it sure takes away some credibility of the forums for deleting and issuing a warning on a non inflammatory, honest, within the rules post simply because they wanted this to be a big story.

We are going to be releasing more information about the dungeons as time goes on. As far as permission its really just a matter of me choosing what looks best and what makes sense at the time. I may be a bit more conservative then some with what I release. I'm very aware of how easy it is to "over-promise" and "under-deliver".

Saying something and doing something are two very different things. Saying something is easy. Getting something accomplished takes much more effort and relies on many many more variables.

That said I appreciate the suggestions that came from these forums and hope to continue to provide content that is interesting to the community.

Tork posted in the MMORPG.com Alganon forums a few days prior to releasing these screenshots what folks wanted to see.

The who responded largely said "Dungeons".

Tork delievered Dungeon screenshots. Cut 'em a bit o' slack.

These Screenshots all look like they came from some modified Serpent Shrine Cavern/Underbog Dungeon...
