the perfect game while waiting for "mmo X"

   After spending a little time in beta I have to say, this game has fun factor, what seems to be a very competent dev team, interesting art and from the few f2p's I have played, the features in this one go miles beyond the others. I don't think it's an mmo that anyone who is happy in their current game will leave for, but..many like me are simply waiting for their next game to release. For me , personally, it's ff14. Allods is where I plan to kill the time til that release.  perfect fit. Fun, free, raid content, crafting, etc. By the time i get through the content, I will be all set to leave. 

   I'm not getting all the hate. The game is FREE. How do you hate on something thats free? "heres a free popsicle guy". ..."no screw you, that popsicle sucks, asshole". seriously?

 

  At any rate...Allods wins my vote for "best filler mmo of 2010"

    To bad the website has little to no information about the game, I want more meaty detailes, Overviews dont cut it. I want to see classes, I want to see races. I want to read about lore. I just cant get excited about the game from what I have seen on the site.

    have to agree, the game is a fun filler game, its not perfect.. but is different.  graphics are great even if they use the style of other certain games, they still go above a lot of those games in terms of detail.

     

    ill be playing it as a filler, it has good pvp also

    I despise the armor and general clothing graphics (in soviet russia yadda yadda yadda) for low levels (all I've seen, haven't seen any high level stuff yet so that may change), but otherwise it's a decent game....

     Grouping in Old school mmo's: meeting someone at the bar and chatting, getting to know them before jumping into bed.  Current mmo's grouping: tinder.  swipe, hookup, hope you don't get herpes, never see them again.

    should comments like this even be made?  honestly not sure what your talking about, the clothings fully different, as well as the armor.. its still very detailed.  also does it matter?  you level up, and get better looking gear.. thats how every game is.

    The EU website is much more detailed than the NA one. It has, at least, some of what you're looking for: a background story, class and faction descriptions, and a much more comprehensive "Game Description" section.
