You are correct. Other than the fact this is posted in the ENTIRELY wrong section, it is a text based game. And AFAIK, text based games aren't included in this site. I'll have to double check the FAQ and see, but I'm 90% sure it has to have a graphical interface.
I went to the site to see what it was, and it does indeed appear to be a web based text-game. It, however, took (literally) about 5 minutes to fully load the first page, and I promptly closed it after that.
