I was trying to figure it out from looking at screenshots, but I can't.
How are ships controlled? Do we control an avatar that walks to a navigation computer and use it? Or when we get in a ship, does the ship itself turn into your avatar?
Thanks

All your answers are at the official site forums, but movvement is the typical stuff you see in any mmo.
I remapped my keys so that it works like moving a regular character now. However, if you're going fast, the ship doesn't turn very fast. And the direction you're pointing is rather important. The up/down took a moment to get used to, but overall not bad.
When you are in space, your ship is your avatar. You can control it using WASD or through the mouse.
There are 3 types of people in the world.
1.) Those who make things happen
2.) Those who watch things happen
3.) And those who wonder "What the %#*& just happened?!"

Teeheee, I love it when people focus on bugs during a beta. I guess we should all go back to that other game that has no bugs.. err, which one was that?
