LF FREE, good community, PVP, fantasy mmorpg game
FREE IS A MUST.
Fantasy meaning no shooter game, not futuristic. Basically a game with classes warrior/rogue/mage/priest etc...
Good Community- exping/pk parties, lots of them Not much fun to do quests or exp alone.
Able to gain exp WITHOUT relying on quests only, a mix of doing some and grinding is good.
PVP- None of this instance based or choice of playing a pve or pvp server. MAIN GOAL is to get better to be able to pk. Lots of people pking in a wide area/ lots of places not just camped at an entrance.
Example: Knight Online but without the cheaters.

You can try out Jade Dynasty its from Perfect World Entertainment.

Has a decent small community, has its own ingame legal bot(to grind and such) you can also meditate for days without questing or killing mobs you get small amount of xp/minute, pet system, marriage system, flying mounts, ground mounts, there is a battleground type instance but there is also pvp servers to hop on and pk.
Why not just perfect world international?
Ive tried both of those, they dont really have what im lookin for. Any other ideas?
If a game has PvP, there will be cheaters, that's sort of a given, heck in any game there will be cheaters. Thus, I believe your specifications are a bit flawed. I would suggest adding "cheaters get dealt with swiftly" into your preferred game's idea. On that note, Gates of Andaron is pvp-based, though hasn't had many updates recently, though seems to be a lot of pvp happening. I didn't like it much, but hey, you might. Lineage 2 is another good one, the main focus of it is to get stronger to pvp and take over territory. Oh, and last, but definitely not least, you should look into the PvMP in LOTRO, its VERY fun.
Edit, bah, forgot LOTRO and L2 aren't free =/
I dont understand the logic at all. Every game, regardless of type, has their fair share of cheaters, and there has never, ever, ever been any correlation between any of those game-types and one having a greater population of cheaters over the next.
So again, I am more than willing to be entertained by the substance that points toward that 'opinion' of yours.

What part about "in any game there will be cheaters" gave you the impression my opinion was limited to PvP games? People cheat, in games and in life, its fact.

Your not going to find anything like this for free what your looking for is darkfall yes its not free but you won't find anything like this for free and as for cheaters every game has hackers that includes most popular games.

I realize that its hard to find free games that have a good pk base but theres some out there obviously because i played knight online which had awesome pk. As for cheaters i know that every game has them, but if you've ever tried knight online you would know what i mean.

I feel your pain! I used to love Knight online a few years ago, but its just crazy now, KOXP everywhere.....................
