Playing on US servers from europe?

Have played the game before, but i am very disillusioned with Codemasters' support for this game so I want to return on the US servers, I cant just type in my details as it doesn't accept so can someone give me a quick walk through of how to buy the game and then pay for it with an EU credit card e.t.c.

Just simply buy a US version. You can log into US servers then. The European version is from Codemasters and uses different servers, as you probably knew.
Its possible to sub to the US version, but it can be tricky has you have to get around the system to use a non-US credit card to sub to the game, but it's doable.
