Are the graphics the same as at launch?

Are the graphics the same as at launch. I remember some detailed stuff, but the rest was blurred out, bad texturing. Granted sunsets and stuff were nice, but trees, ground rocks buildings were ......meh..

any improvements?

cranked up one of the most beautiful mmos with great art direction

most turn it down for pvp as usual, and looks like an old game, but one must trade one thing for another

EDIT: Darkfall 2010 Expansion will bring Anti-alising, DX11 support, new graphics for crapload of stuff including character models and new animations

Graphics are top notch in DF imo. The toon models could use some work but thats coming soon in an upcoming patch. I honestly perfer Df graphics to all the other MMOs I've played...thats including Aion, AoC, and LOTRO.

top notch?  Some objects (like leaves) are 2D not 3D.  The graphics need a lot of work, but good thing is, they are working on them and they look pretty.

using 2D shrubbery is not a DF innovation. AoC also uses 2D leaves/bushes. Not a big deal imho.

Textures need some love in DF and,of course, draw distance....
