Step 1) Go to college and learn how to research, program, organize, manage, and socialize Step 2) Get a job and find out what life is really like...you know, the kind of life where you actually have to make choices between eating a meal or paying your rent. The good news is that right out of college you probably will get to make those kinds of choices.
Once you've completed those two steps you will have a reasonable chance at leading a team of talented people to create a complex application capable of being a reasonably interesting MMOG.
There are more mmorpg developers out there you just gotta look. Runesape and Ragnarok are good but they are just the basic small to medium size ones if that. I as I feel mant of the gamers here are looking for employment in gaming be in software or artist you gotta look on "goggle" and search engines like that.
Remember this is what "I" think.... This is not necessarily true

To my knowledge there are no "3d mmorpgmaker" kits around. The closest you can get is getting a licensed engine like the one Saga of Ryzom uses i think, but that costs a bit of money.

Well, first things first. You may want to take an English class because at some point you will need to write documentation for your game. People will need to learn how to play your game and they won't be able to do that if you can't speak proper English. Learning this will have a two fold effect, one, you can then read books on other languages like C++, Assembly, etc and two, should your game require financing, you can communicate with investors and not have them look at you like you have two heads.
i dont need a lecture on how i spell im typing fast and i hav enough homework as it is cause im in honors now i just need to find a good mmorpgmaker not sum lecture on my fast typin in internet lingo so just write about the mmorpgs not spelling peeps
What they want you to understand that there is no easy way to "just make an mmorpg." They take literally dozens of separate skills, an immense amount of time and millions of dollars to produce.
The criticisms of your grammar are happening because people dont believe that someone with the immaturity to speak like that would be able to pull off such a project.
you also have to realize that lots of people make similar posts wanting an easy mmorpg maker and since there is none, they get flamed as well.
You dont have to change you who are...but if you read the first sentence I typed and said to yourself "yeah buddy I knew all that" then you need to use that knowledge to get people to respond to your question better.

You know why there aren't like 10,000 mmorpgs out there?
Good luck to ya, I don't like your chance of success given you couldn't find an engine before you ran for help but the world is full of surprises Prove us wrong!

So, wait, if I understand you correctly, you can either type fast or you can type correctly? How do you expect to meet deadlines and such if you can only do one or the other. A program written quickly with a ton of syntax errors is not going to compile. Sorry.
Oh, and by the way, I think there are quite a few people on this forum (myself included) who have "been around the internet" for far longer than you have. So to suggest this is "internet lingo" that you are using is like saying English is a derivitive of Ebonics.

Actually, there is and I have it. Its a pretty stupid japanese program used to customize your own Final Fantasy style game. There is really no variety at all.

Here is your two-step program to making a MMOG:
Step 1) Go to college and learn how to research, program, organize, manage, and socialize
Step 2) Get a job and find out what life is really like...you know, the kind of life where you actually have to make choices between eating a meal or paying your rent. The good news is that right out of college you probably will get to make those kinds of choices.

I think you give him too much credit:
1. Learn to spell
2. Learn proper grammar.
3. A highschool dimploma (or even a "GEE EEE DEE" would do)
4. Let's send him to community college to keep the school work from kicking his @55.
5. Then we can help him out with his 1337 MMORPG.

I'm going to keep this in my wallet like a slip from a fortune cookie. I'll read any time that I'm discouraged over my place in life.
