I just had a funky idea for an art, what about something that does illusions.
The first thought I had right off the top of my head that sparked the whole thing was, "What if there was a way to create an illusory binding on a portal that is really just a nonfunctional dud." Which would be ONE of the functions of the art. It could create that.
Though, it could do multiple things. It could create a replica image of a mare, or any targeted dreamer, right in front of the evoker facing the same direction as him. The art could create a variety of knick knacks and ornamental illusions. It could create an image of the evoker that mimics his moves but is a few feet off in a random direction. It could create an illusory fireball, or drop a fake item at the evokers feet.
Or how about this, Disguise
Evoking this art allows the evoker to alter his or her avatar with MUCH more customizeability then what's normally allowed. The evoker can change appearance to the opposite sex, put on a teaching halo, even if he or she is not a teacher, throw on house emblems that do not belong. The evoker could even mimic the appearance of a nightmare with none of the drawbacks of nightmare form. There would be one issue though, maintaining the disguise requires concentration, and while the evoker may be able to run about and use items while the art is in affect, being shoved with the art of push or being injured destroys the illusion, revealing the naughty little evoker for what he or she really is.
Because only someone as deranged as me would have a rubber chicken Named Alfredo Sanchez

Good idea! Maybe they could also show up as another dreamer or have an unused name, they could create an alter ego. Also, maybe a high level of vision or a new sort of vision art would also reveal them.

Soon to be dreamer
Reminds me of Ultima Online's disquise kit. Changed your appearance and name, useful for thieves (which is why Origin changed it so only thieves could use).
During my roleplaying times on UO, a major villain used the kit to sneak into a meeting. He timed the wear off time perfectly, cause he got up to speak and suddenly "The Shadow" showed his true self! Wicked move.
"I'm not insane. I just have a vivid imagination!"
