Sorry, nothing exist right now andI doubt we will see one soon because almost every F2P game is asian and asians don't seems to like MMOFPS.
Sudden Attack and Special Forces are just two of the MMOFPS's that are in the Top 10 on the gaming charts across Asia. Korea and SEA are homes to some of the largest FPS and MMOFPS gaming tournaments. If anything, the FPS craze there has finally started showing signs od running its course and third-person shooters are starting to become more popular.
BTW, according to Gametrics.com, Sudden Attack is second only to Aion in popularity at netcafes.
There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein "Graphics are often supplied by Engines that (some) MMORPG's are built in" - Spuffyre
Darkfall really needs a trial. I'm interested but I'm not paying for something I may end up disliking in a couple days. I've learned my lesson with the last few MMOs I've bought blindly. Edit: I know that was hella off topic but since there was a lot of DF talk going on....
Darkfall should have a free trial fairly soon. They soon will be adding new player protection and with that probably a trial.
I realize I'm asking a bit much, thing is, determinance, while good, is sci-fi, while im looking for something fantasy. Plus, i've stop looking for fps, now I just want an action rpg with multiplayer, possibly an mmo.
EDIT: Oh, and can someone tell me how to change the name of a thread, if thats possible?
In any case, F2P action MMO - Dungeons and Dragons Online.
I'd second that. High-quality free to play action-oriented MMO.

Let me change my definition. Im looking for an rpg with good combat and gameplay, something similar to oblivion, zelda:Oot or Demons souls (all of which i own). I also want it to have online play, and Id prefer it to not be entirely linear. I do enjoy the online in Demons souls (which, by the way I cant figure out entirely, how do you summon other players as blue phantoms, and how do you allow yourself to be summoned?) but Id prefer something with the standard 16 or 32 player online matches. The BEST CASE SCENARIO would be something that has first person combat with active parrying or blocking where you have to pick your angle of attack and the enemy would have to block accordingly, and is either an mmo or has (a) good online mode(s). But like I said before, that isnt necessary.
For single player games you might want to look into the Gothic games and the more recent Risen.
Also check out Mount & Blade for a great medieval combat system. It's more of an over-the-shoulder third person and it lacks fantasy, but it's just too good to pass up. The multiplayer expansion should be released pretty soon now too.

Okay, maybe look into Determinance? Hell, idk. You're asking for an RPG with match modes...

MMOFPS with persistant world and character development - Darkfall.
Like other have said Darkfall and Mortal Online.
It does indeed!
You can zoom in and out of FP/TP mode.

@john i tried it, and determinance is AWESOME, though it still isn't what I'm looking for. I know about mortal and darkfall, but they're both p2p.

Okay, now you're simply asking too much. There aren't going to be many quality MMORPGs that are F2P, let alone an MMOFPS.

Hmm if only Project Offset was an MMO... and F2P... and wasn't vapourware!

Then realize that none of us are going to be able to change it.
