Signing up for Auto-Assault

Everytime I click sign up link, I am forwarded to my manage billing information page. Whats up with that? Are sign ups down or something?

    Well actually.. the sign up is on the same page as the billing page. You just have to scroll down.

    I'm not lying... I signed up pretty much as soon as the news popped up on the main site here.. no problems.
