Need Help with my Mouse Prob!

Heres the problem:
I can use my mouse to look left and right, in and out, but NOT up and down.
When i first resubd a week ago , everything worked. It seemed after i went ld one evening it changed to this 'setting'. Im not sure if it a game user prob or my laptop.
I have tried nearly everything. I have gone into keyboard settings and played with the settings for a good hour. (using mmo setting slightly modified). I have alt-tabbed. I have reinstalled the game twice, the second time going and deleting everything Mythic thing i could find. I can look up and down using keys, but it is getting annoying.
I'm on a LG laptop running vista. im treally starting to think it is a file setting.
Any suggestions are welcome. I tried to appeal , but have not been able to get a hold of the overly busy staff.

Hi Loky,
Is it possible to set the keyboard settings back to default?
I know you re-installed but it might be possible that your computer has saved your DAoC settings.
