lol !i read bell new service ,it sound nice on paper that until they do they throttling practice!

i ear  bell is bad as throttling goes !

any can confirm this,

i ve been with cogeco for 4 or 5 year now and never had throttling one time ,i think this is one of the main

issue for lot of customer even more so for gamer ,i was thinking of switching but when i saw on dslreports.com

the bad practice bell did in the past

i thot i would ask here.can anybody with bell fibe experience say if they get throttling ?

    I work in the industry, I would first make sure that Bell is available in your area (very limited basic fibre). Bell has a bad name for throttling
