Getting EQ2... need a graphics card first though

Im getting EQ2 very soon, but first I have a question to ask...

What is the cheapest graphics card that will run this game w/o lag or little lag...?
I dont need anything really expensive just something under $200 that will work

i play on australian servers because racism is acceptable there

    9800 Pro works killer on my machine, and it's around $200.

    I would recommend a gig of DDR, and at least a 2.5Ghz CPU, and a nice 7200RPM SATA to keep zone times under 10 seconds.

    This game is heavy on more than just your graphics card. However, with a setup like the one I listed above, you'll be able to turn up a whole lot of stuff and still play smooth.
