Some PvP storys

Hi there,

i am writing down here some of my player expirience on this game.

After my mate and i made some money in the game and could afford

all the stuff we want to have we decided to make some PvP.

We got allot of funny moments there so i write here 3 situations down we got in the last 2 days.

All this happed on the Beta PvP islands.

1. where is the fish ?

i was running in my intact arround Hokkogaros and was heading to the station, as i arrived i noticed a guy in a Prometeus that was arround the station.

I walked away from the station cause i had no chance to kill him there. After a few minutes he was heading towards the teleporter but when he saw me he instantly turned arround and headed back to the station. My thoughts were damn but i thought maybe he would try it again, i walked toward the teleporter and stoped 2000m before so if he would try to reach the teleporter he would be dead. After 10 minutes my mate Laz0r arrived and the waiting game got boring so we went to the station and noticed that noone is there. We instantly undocked and the hunt began, we arrived at the first npc spot from station and we saw the Prometeus guy and one corpmate of him in a Baphomet hunting npcs. I thought this should be easy cause we got both intacts with 2 sensor suppresors so each of us got 2 suppressors on a target and started to shoot the Baphomet, ten seconds later i noticed whoops this Baphomet is not that impressed from the 2 suppresors of my mate so i deactivated my suppressors from the Prometeus and put them on the Baphomet... pew 200 amour left and the Prometeus is in panic and runs arround the Baphomet was on 10% armour when the Prometeus came back to end me i switched my suppressors instantly to the Prometeus and in this second the Baphomet died... pew 140 amor left^^ after that the Prometeus was an free kill.

2. the Borg Queen

after we killed the 2 guys more of their "Borg" corp members came online i was on the Station alone in a Kain and the Borg members camped me with 2 Seth i thought mhhh 2 guys that played 3 times longer than me in the bigger vessels maybe thats to much but i could try my luck! The first one aggressed me still in docking range so i was shooting back but had to dock when he was at 50% armour. I instantly repaired my Kain in the station undocked again and was shooting him again sadly he was back at 80% armor but this time it went better we both ended up in 10% armor but i docked cause it was not worth it. I repaired my Kain again and undocked CRAP ! he was far away from the station now and his mate in the other seth was guarding him too bad. So i docked up again and got a PM from the Guy...

[21:16:39] <Sytyx> we dont give a fuck about others, we are waiting for pve events

[21:16:53] <Xondaro> if it breaks you can simply shoot back to stop me^^

after all what happend before i could not believe that he shoot me once and and stoped so he got a 2 minute aggression flag and did nothing while i was shooting him he simply died in a best named fitted Seth...

3. the crying Pirate

i will post a report of my mate that contains alot of chatlog from a nice catch

Xondaro and I were just done farming up some shiny equipment we would use some distant day when the help channel caught our attention. Someone was giving out way too much information about what he was doing on a PvP island while feeling way too safe aswell. That's the equivalent of painting a big glowing bullseye on oneself so we decided to follow up on his invitation to hunt him down. We also quickly realized that he's a member of 'Menace To Society' who got themselves quite the reputation. Killing one of them would really be a worthy trophy, all the more reason to follow up on it.

I'll be using the chat log as it narrates everything that transpired quite well and add some commentary/internal monologue in yellow. I've taken the liberty of cutting out some parts that really didn't have anything to do with this.

You might want to keep track of the time stamps to get an idea how long all of this actually took.

- So you might aswell be in a Kain right now... Good.

After having checked several locations on Geingrosh, we've decided to try our luck in chat again. So far he's been pretty talkative and he might just give us enough intel to find him.

So yeah, he was pretty much docked but we didn't feel like letting it end there. There is one last ditch effort left to try: Pretending to be the noob in need of assistance. If that doesn't get some m2s guys attention I don't know what does.

We set up our little trap southeast from the terminal with Xondaros Arbalest up front and my Intakt 400 meters behind, so he wouldn't see me right away. It seems he didn't feel like bothering the help channel any more, so the chat log shall continue in a PM with Xondaro for now:

- Figures, since there's only one spot with Veretan Wolfs on the entire island, but I guess we can stop giving out subtle clues since you seem willing to go where ever we might send you to.

I had Xondaro ask that question because I was concerned he might in fact not take the direct route and circle around us. That would result in him seeing my Intakt first and tip him off that he's about to run into a trap. Assuming he's really in a Kain, he might very well outrun us. Not that 'im on my way' gave us much insight there.

Oh my god, he actually came and he's alone in a Kain. That's where the fun begins.

Xondaro gave his 'go' and we ran towards him. Surprisingly, Alexandre didn't even attempt to lock anyone until after he got hit by 4 sensor suppressors. So did he really plan to help some lost player on a PvP island? If so, that's pretty sad but there's the kill right in front of us... One and a half hours of work... Life's gotta be cruel then.
