Finding a strategy game!!!!

Okay im trying to find a strategy game...I like to play them but just cant choose but there are two games that are pretty good and i dont know which one to buy, here they are:

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War Platinum Edition

Company of heroes: gold edition

Give me some of your opinions of which one is better and why. Or if any games are better and 30$ . Let me know. Thanks for your help!!

    Choose War Hammer!!! I'm a big warhammer fan since it was released ^^

    Yeah was thinking about gettin it gonna try demo to see if its still a bit good i tried CoH and it was AWESOME.....DOnt know if warhammer is still awesome lol

    Warhammer is very good its also challenging with a decent story to it.
