xbox live mmorpg's

I was wondering if there is any news about a MMORPG coming out for xbox live. I mean i know this is dumb, but i really have just started wondering this, and i would like to see one out for xbox live, and im sure many others would. The reason i am asking is because most MMORPG games are for PC, and my computer cant handle them... And the fact i really would rather be on xbox than the computer. I mean does anyone know if XBOX has plans for any? I really loved runescape when i played it, and same with final fantasy, and i would love to see them on xbox live.

Can somone please respond with a good answer too, or even hopefully with some news or info on this question. thanks.

    A little while ago there was a game "true fantasy live online" that was in development for xbox, but they cancelled it. not too long ago i herd that it was still in development but they dont know for what system.

    Officially, none. That's only because XBox 2 hasn't been 'officially' announced yet. There won't be one for this generation of XBox, but for the 2nd one , it looks like Citizen Zero, Vanguard and possibly even True Fantasy Live Online (yes it looks like it might be back). Live needs some MMOs.

    There is one, Phantasy Star online version 1 and 2.

    There were also rumors that Phantasy star version 3, star wars galaxies, and final fantasy XI would eventually rock xbox live, but it still hasn't happened.

    Meanwhile True fantasy live is in purgatory and probably recycled by now, but it might be picked up.

    Then again, phantasy star version 1 and 2 is a solid purchase, and one you should have alot of fun at, I did on the dreamcast.

    Type Seed Game into your search engine. Go to the game's website and learn about it. It may be the best game you've continued to ignore.

    PSO is not an MMO in any sense and SWG has been canned for the Box as SoE is spending all of their time trying to save the PC version. Level-5, TFLO dev, have said they are working on the game for the next generation. Which console is still up in the air. There have been rumors of both the XBox 2 and PS3.

    sounds like speculation but it'd be nice. i'm a fan of ragnarokonline and anime lookin mmos so true fantasy would have been an awesome mmo to me. lvoe that cartoony anime style. i'd love to see it on xb2 :D

    It kinda sucks though.  Xbox is probably *THE* best console ever made to support a MMORPG, and the PS2 gets Everquest Adventures and Final Fantasy XI.  It's sad.

    With an intergrated network card, built-in Harddrive, headset for Xbox live and the most powerful console on the market, it's a real shame Microsoft didn't buyout some MMORPG game and released it.

    Okay the only MMORPG Microsoft made was Ashron's Call... and the game sucks, but I keep wondering why they didn't bother to release it on Xbox anyways.

    So in other words there prob. wont be any MMORPG's out for xbox... at least not until xbox 2 come out?
