     this is easy to research, but, im just gonna go ahead and answer the second question, not free to play. 1 dollar for trial, 50 for game, 15 a month, if its good or not is opinion, this mmo althought has very mixed opinions, mainly cuz its sandbox

    MMOs played: Too many
    Watch List: FFXIV, CoH:GR, GW2, SWTOR, TERA, Earthrise

    You can now purchase the game and get 3 months of game time for just 60 dollars US.  Oh, and that can be after your 1 dollar week trial.

    for me this is the bast game ive played but its all up to you if you like pvp get this game
