Looking for an MMORPG...Any suggestions?

I need help finding an MMORPG game to play. I have experienced playing 1 MMORPG (Over 1 Year) and it was Asheron's Call. I played it for about 4 years and it was a great game until all the new updates came out and it started to make the game to "Noobish" and so I quit. Ever since the day I quit, I have wanted to come back and subscribe again because everyday things remind me of Asherons Call and me and my friend had some cool memories from that game. I'm not a Hardcore gamer or anything, I don't have like an addiction problem with games. In fact, the only games I have played for a long time are Asheron's Call, and Counter Strike (Since *Beta*) Anywyas, there are times where I have nothing to do and I want an MMORPG game just so it can take up some of my boring hours. Usually, I get on Counter-Strike and can only play like 30 minute sessions because some hacker comes in and ruins the game for everyone.
I have been looking for about 1 month now and I found Dark&Light...It looks like an incredilble game because it kinda reminds me of Asheron's Call. IE: The Housing, Exploring (Basic MMORPG game). But for some reason it reminds me of Asheron's Call. I considered playing WoW but I played it at a friends I didnt like it all. The characters are rediculous (my opinion)....
So basically, I want to find a game that has to do with housing, hunting, just like...a cool MMORPG...Hard to explain....I also want it to be out like right now or coming out in the next couple weeks.

hey dude check out some of the other forums for the games coming out.. its all about your style of play... so many choices out there... the sky is the limit

If you have a high-speed connection just get every trial that is available right now.
But i'll narrow it down for you, EQ2 (fileplanet) anarchy online (free 1 year trial at anarchyonline.com) swg (fileplanet) daoc (don't remember where)
All of these MMORPGs offer a very different play style, EQ2 is completely PVM and has beautiful graphics, SOE has really done a good job putting the polish on this one. Anarchy Online is great if you want a lot of depth in your game, i've been playing off and on for a few years and i'm 'Always' learning something new. SWG is amazing if you like a lot of freedom, and I mean lots of freedom.. DAOC if you like fun PvP and ok PVM, and *gasp!* Shadowbane if you like a more complex PvP experience.
I just tested out Dark Age Of Camelot. I couldn't really find anyone to talk to about the game. I don't know if I was in a crappy server or whatever...But didn't really like that game, it is really old too....
Anyways, I will be testing out Anarchy Online next....
