Well my favorite was placing trapped chests in dungeons and in Bucs den then hiding and watching people blow themselves up then collecting their lewtz.
But the rest was cool too

being in largest RP guild in UO that also was last RP guild to leave fel in catskills as well...fighting Reds and noto's with nothing but orc helm, ringmail and gm weapons and winning...
Most of the stuff you have in your poll is newer then when I played, so I went orc helms because it was the only older thing in the game.

Orc helms and bone armour was pretty awesome in any case.

Listen Asmodeeus, seven years ago, Ultima Online didn't even have those pathetic "quests" that you refer to or those "professions" of ninja, samurai, necromancer, and paladin. Nor did it have any of the neon crap, or bug mounts. It didn't even have any "combat moves." You turned on attack and jousted with simplistic swings. It was a better game then. if you can't guess why then just uninstall the thing and move along. - Crabby
oh man, what really sucked was the deadly poisoned traps right after they redid poisons so that deadly couldnt be cured magically, people were dropping them things EVERYWHERE trying to get newbies with them *laughing*.

Heh, I was such a newb in UO, I didn't even find out about third-party macros until I'd been playing for almost 2 years..

daaaaAAAAaam, considering they were abundant for UO since ohh, about a month after launch I dunno how you missed them. Honestly though it was probably better that you did not know about them for so long.

Hah, I thought they were all cheats. I was playing on a 28.8k modem, and I figured that was the reason I always got my ass kicked in PvP...
But man, I could sure pwn orcs. Orcs by the thousands. Ettins and trolls, too.
The only time I ever won in PvP was either at the Graveyard in the Server Wars (if you can call Flamestriking someone from a rooftop that was already engaged in battle winning), or when assassinating someone before they really knew I was there. I used to have a friend DP some gm kats, and we'd pick some bastard at the bank...attack, get killed by the guards, then as soon as he cured himself, the other guy would attack and die by the guards. Then, when he died from the DP (which only worked half the time..heh.) we'd talk shit as ghosts.

i remember duping alot of stuff due to the serverline bug, that was always fun

I agree that this poll is kind of "whack." I would have at least included timewarps simply because those were trademark of that era in MMO gaming, as well as a vet favorite.
I picked bone armor to respect the time in UO history when people actually WORE it for serious protection.

I got Pk'd so much by those ****ing miner killing SoBs. For no good reason, either. I never smelted my ore until I had thousands, so it's not like they were stealing ingots. They were just being asshats.
Griefers are gay, no matter what game, and I'm sure it's attitudes like that, that caused the creation of Trammel.
