    i took me a year before i started posting....i'm kinda shy.....this is my favorite mmorpg site....i used to be warcry, but they branched off into real games and changed their layout, and before warcry it was stratics, but they started hangin off wish's balls^^(i still luv stratics tho)....

    i understand that there isnt news everyday, but i look for it^^

    Hehe, I registered here to rate DAoC.

    DAoC was my second MMO acutally, I plaid it seven months and im thinking should I subscrible myself back there.

    UO was my frist love, lol.

    I remember the day when I joined, I was the "newest member" for a loooong time

    (not more than a day, but much longer than 20 minutes)

    oh yeah this is my home on the internet. kind of like an apartment to me. i come here everyday to point and laugh, stare and somtimes make a constructive post. SOMTIMES.

    im kinda "new and silent" member....
    yes there are so many new members that cant remember almost nobody :D
    i think its cuz more and more ppl play rpg-s and best place for rpgs is MMORPG.com :)

    The First Post I could find by me was a post on the Beta Testing OF Saga of Ryzom three days after i joined....

    I said that the game had potential and blah blah blah

    Shortly there after recieved a Post Thrashing from the likes of MurtBabanji (forgive the spelling), Rathma, Dekron, ReverandDan And all the Other Trolls.... At which time i curled into a ball and cried myself to sleep...

    Ok not really .... But i think someguys DID flame me for saying i like it ::::25::

    My friend mentioned here and then I cast a glance at the site, I read the forums through and took the decision to subscribe. I've been fairly pleased with here so far, as it enables me to both track the developments of the games which have been released and also let me know the games that are newest.
    Forums do help me much as well, I really love to read experienced players' impressions and I really love to help the players in need as much as I can

    It seems that MMORPG.com has left its childhood far behind

    I joined around summer 2003, when I thought about buying EVE (I did, in the end). Hardly anyone, besides 1 or 2 people rated EVE - now I can barely move for all the good EVE reviews!

    After I left EVE, I took a long hiatus from MMOGs (haven't played one since Autumn 03) and sadly, if DnL doesn't live up to expectations, doubt if I will. I'll upgrade my Pc not for DnL but for the Pc release of GTA: San Andreas this summer. So, after spending most of summer playing GTA: San Andreas, I'll then be in a position to have a look at some MMOGs and see how DnL is progressing.

    I remember the hype concerning WoW back in 2003 so it is interesting to note that although it appears to have huge appeal in the mass marketplace, opinions are mixed on MMORPG.com where the playerbase is decidedly more hardcore.

    I can seriously bet that 30% of the members here just put in mmorpg.com to see what was there.
