Could somebody on MMORPG.com's staff please try to get some info on Xyson, this game literally came out of no where and basically has all the features I want. I personally, after experiencing Mortal Online, am scared of the possibility of vaporware, broken promises, all of which seem very likely for a game that was announced about a month ago and is coming out for early access in two weeks.
It has no gameplay video, no interviews, no media contact. However, the only reason I bring it up is because the features of this game look amazing. I have never been so interested in a game that seems so much like vaporware, its just that the features list is amazing.
So could somebody from the site just ask them, why are you telling everyone about the game now? Even better, ask if you can play the damn game and get a preview or something? This is the site that seems interested in sandbox games and at the moment, Xyson seems like the only one that has any real chance outside of EVE. Don't get me started on the DF grind or the MO...epic fails.
If anyone wants to look at a features list on their site, www.xyson.com there's a place on the side to look. It looks great, but I am very torn about it

yar im really excited to see some footage of it. Too bad we have to wait till early access(beta) to see any. I don't want to preorder it until i see some gameplay but i also don't want to start late. >.<
I'm still convinced it's not even a real game. I hope to be proved wrong; however.

A lot of people aren't convinced yet either. Even if it's not a real game hopefully someone comes along and makes it, that feature list done right would be amazing.

Couldn't agree more. Never seen a feature list so big. It's like they took everything good from every MMORPG and stuck it in a big pot, add a little bit of spices, and let it simmer until done. Unfortunately, right now all we can do is imagine our god-soup.

That's a superb analogy. I too, though unable to put what you just said so eloquently, have felt the same about this game. They really kept it hush hush and for very good reason!
If this game is what it claims to be, my goodness, I won't have to worry about waiting for FFXIV. Ok, perhaps that was a lie, I'm definitely going to get FFXIV regardless, lol.

Oldest mmorpg.com member with the least amount of post counts. That counts for something, right?
Not the people who invested in it, I imagine they would be looking for a return of at least 10% per year of investment, if the game returns a profit of 1% over 4 years of investment, it's not a disaster, it didn't lose money but there were better investments that could have been made so from an investors point of view it would have failed to meet their expected returns.
