Wanted to ask if a eu player can play on us server for FEZ?

Its US based, but anyone, aside from those countries which already have their own versions of the game running, can play the US version. So yes, EU countries can play on this one.
yes, for now, no idea will there be any ip ban later on. i really doubt it, but you never know. other then that, hope you have a nice internet connection, because when ur ping go over 1000+, its close to unplayable. getting 1-2 sec delay on all ur action, if ur ping goes too high. the up-side of that, you are alot harder to be hit, as long as u dont mind not being able to hit anyone too.
