Try RuneScape, free or $5 a month for members.

It does not get much cheaper then that for entertainment.

Movie = 2-3 hours of entertainment cost $8

MMORPG = basically unlimited hours per month.

Hmm EQOA is about 5 Dollars to buy the basic version with no expansion, and $10 a month to play. It isn't the greatest game, but it it's also not as bad as some make it out to be.

Monster Hunter is about $30 now, with no monthly fee. It's not really MMO, more along the lines of PSO, but it still is a rather good game with about 250-300 hours of stuff to do.

Of course, both of those are for PS2. If you want something cheap for PC there's a few options.

AO with no expansions currently has no monthly fee, and really is a pretty good game if you look at it in that light.

Knight Online also is a free game and when compared to most free MMO's it really is quite nice.

cheap but good? I suppose that depends on what you mean by cheap and what you mean by good... those two descriptions don't tend to go together... It might be easier just to get a job image

PS: It wouldn't have to be much of a job... working just a couple hrs a week would do it, and you would still have loads left over... too easy... then you get to choose any game you want, and get pizza and coke image

PPS: It proberbly works out to be about 2hrs work per month in most low paid (casual) jobs
