Will this card work in my Motherboard's PCIe 1.0 Slot?

    Yes it will.  However, you will probably want this instead HD4670, The one you had selected was a media center card not a gaming card.  This one is a gaming card.

    Every pci-ekspress 2.0 card is backward compatible with pci-ekspress 1.0 , you can buy and use whichever  pci-ekspress video card you want .

    your best bet is to go the the manufacturers website of what card you are looking at and see what it says it is compatible with
