I found that quite funny. The only thing he had in his package was the loot bag itself, missing everything else he paid for.

Not necessarily. Bags hold things, so maybe he has to "Imagine" his figurines and the such. You know? Like all the Darkfall and Mortal Online fans say you have to do to enjoy the game (Zing! Don't hate me, I am just kidding ^-^).

Yep it was yesterday.
I'm not saying it didn't happen, it very well could have. However those pictures prove absolutly nothing. I could easily take the stuff out of the bag, put the bag back in the envelope and take pictures like that.
He could take a picture of the shipping manifest that has the shipping weight listed though.

If a customer actually says that a company ripped them off, the customer would get a refund or they would get the product replaced. Does not matter if he actually did it himself, thats just what happens in professional companies.
I just received the same thing in the mail...empty sack. Oh well, i wasn't planning on playing after the terrible "beta" anyway, but I would like what i paid for.

No it's not actually, not when it comes to shipped products anyway. Especially something along the lines of this, limited edition.
Then again I highly doubt this is an issue normal companies go through, as they have publishers dealing with this type of thing. In this situation where there were limited orders and orders were a one time thing, it's much harder to replace the items missing.
What I see happening is the company who produced and shipped the items (wasn't SV), asking to see the shipping manifests as to investigate where the items disappeared.
-edit, forgot to add. Then, and only then will they actually replace (make more) or reimburse those who are missing them. Honestly in this situation, I'm hard pressed to place blame on SV at all. As they are being ripped of just as much as anyone else. If it turns out the products shipped without the items they paid for.

I thought you were a spammer honestly, saw you only had 1 post. Don't worry about posting a picture, just wanted to have more evidence if this is actually true.
BTW, get a refund from your credit card company if they did rip you off by not sending your items.
