ATI RAEDON 3650 HD Fan Fail :(

I popped off the case while the comp was running and i looked inside and the fan for the Graphics card isnt spinning. I used Speccy and it said it was running from 100 degrees C. to 120 degrees C. this cant be good >.> i got this computer last christmas (08) and the only thing i can think of is using a portable fan to keep it cool o.0 does anyone have any ideas on how to replace the fan? or should i save up some money and get a new graphics card?
Also im running Vista 64 bit premium
AMD Phenom x4 9750
RAM 8190 MB
Motherboard is PEGATRON Corporation NARRA3

There's replacement fans and such on newegg, I've even strapped on a case fan to the card with rubber bands to cover for a dead GPU fan.
ok so lets say i do want a whole new graphics card or a replacement fan... i remember doing this before i need a certain number for a certain model >.> how do i go about this stuff? because i know not everything is made the same... How do i match numbers up so it will fit and such?
