I was thinking of an art or skill for kabalists that would allow them to direct a single chakram shot as if they were walking or running. You'd see from the chakram shot's point of view and have a moderate amount of control as to which direction it went, as the skill increased your ability to control it would also increase.

And while you are guiding the chakram towards it's target you are also getting slammed with chakrams and arts from other people. I'm going to have to disagree with this idea.

Well that's the trade-off. You're pretty much garaunteed a hit but you yourself are open to hits if you fire it out in the open or in the middle of a battle. Obviously using something like this in the middle of a big fight would be sheer stupidity but using a guided shot on an unsuspecting target or from a relatively safe location would be a wise move.
It's like sniper said, you'd get shot full of holes, not to mention in the close quarters of the rooms Lyra favors and the high speeds of those chakrams, you'd end up crashing into a wall rountinely rather then hitting anything.
If I had difficulty hitting things as a Kabalist, well, I'd have to consider the fact that i'm not using as many charges as anyone else and grab a fastest bouncy chak and go wild. Now, an ability to increase chak speeds, THAT'd be something.

Whatever = P I still think it would be a good idea and like I said, its not something you could use surrounded by people and its not supposed to be.
I like the idea of kabalists being able to increase chakram speed though, maybe they could bounce off dreamers too for multiple hits too.
I like it, I think it would be a great idea. obviously it being something of an ability you can switch on and off.
So say hiding in a safe position where you can't get it on the keep and guiding you fire to the ususpecting dreamer down below, dreamer get's wasted by your precision 60chak.
And possibly for kabalists firing normal chaks, the chakram would be swayed in direction of the closest dreamer kinda like the dreamers presence is like a gravity well to the chakram. allowing of course for only a small change in direction of flight. so still enabling the dreamer to dodge if he gets far enough ouside it's possible flight path.
