Im surprised there wasn't a formal announcement but yesterday patch notes states's it's here., but no one is making any formal announcements beside jack saying it might be here tommorrow.

Struck me as funny too. I am downloading the update right now. Patch notes suggest it is live. Whoo hoo!
iirc the patch is just downloadable so that the free weekend people can actually play during t he weekend. and that revelation goes live on 26
I am playing the new missions already. Looks like it is actually live. Have not made it to Vibora Bay yet but doing the M city missions to get there.
The mission chain for this is actually quite long, then when you get there there is a lengthy "Crisis Zone" to deal with. 2+ hours of playtime if you read all the mission dialog. As a note all of the above must be completed to get a peek at your new T4 powers, but hey, atleast they gave another free respec.
