How to find quests?

Just started playing this game last night and I am enjoying myself. Quest progression so far has been very linear and straight forward. So I just hit level 10 and the only quests I have are for the first instance but I was having trouble finding a group. What else can I do? Should I just go grind? or is there another quest area I just havent found yet?

    You got to have your pran out.

    That will probably fix your problem.

    Okay so I need to grind out those essences or buy them before I can go on? Thanks
