Pretty sad. Well actually they didnt charge it, they just reserved it but for some ppl they reserved quite a large amount of  money, couple hundreds of dollarsimageimage

    Readin that post reminds me that other games have had similar problems too, especially the ones that use some service to handle their billing, like Click2Pay and such. Especially problems occur when one person is handling several accounts, mixups are bound to happen.

    But just reading that post made me laugh, some of the people are retards, I don't know, maybe it's that they are young or just bad genes. But they actually believe that Blizz has some sort of conspiracy going on, that they charge people more money and is trying to get away with it. Hehe, well it IS highly propable that a large scale company which makes millions is trying to sneak away hand ful of players for 10 dollars even tho there is a risk of community suing them and holding up for hundreds of thousands of dollars. And with a evil sheme like account transaction that leaves a trace, oh boy, Blizz sure has some evil masterminds working for them.

    Anyways, I still find it odd that they actually charged some cards, cause the first billing date is actually the 11th of March.

    Uhh, I don't think they were joking... It was probably that they tried to make same account twice when was messed, so it messed up accounts and thought signed up 10 times... But ya who knows image

    I look at threads like that and people just are greedy or ignorant.  Its hard to sift through thousands of billing files and make sure each and every one is right blizz does what they can do.  I can't stand people that complain about losing their characters or, billing information screws up on forums and IRC.  Seriously use a phone or the support.  I dunno people are annoying...

    Well, I disagree with that statement. It was entirely Blizzards fault. They shouldnt have been charged yet and some of em have been charged multiple times. Also someone mentioned that he tried to get through Blizz by phone but the lines were busy all the time. WOW EU support is probably the worst. I sent my problem 2 weeks ago and no reply as of yet.image
