I am kind of a long term MMO player and have been trying to find a decent game that will satisfy my boredom. I started out playing WoW, then Guild Wars, then went back to WoW after BC came out, then back to Guild Wars, then back to WoW for Lich King..tried Warhammer, DDO, LotR, Champions (which would have been good if the mechanics didn't suck behind the game), Everquest, Runescape and the list goes on.....  tried almost every free MMO that 'looked" good but ended up being crap. My last experience with F2P was Allods and that ended up being a disaster (and it's actually a really fun game, the cash shop and the lack of awareness on the dev's part, destroyed it though). I even went to playing RP games for awhile and nothing seems to match up to WoW (even that sucks now).

I just want a game that will satisfy my needs until some of the major releases come out. Would this be it?

Constructive advice/criticism welcome. Any feed back would be nice,Thanks!

No. There aren't many events that ARENT'T about cash items, and it gets boring pretty fast. This is nothing more than your cartoon WoW with lots of things missing out. For the first, what--20 levels?--your going to look like a lot of other people. There is much of a customization: three hairstyles and three hair colors. Now, how would I know this game sucks? Because I've played for a year or so on and off. Around level 20, it starts getting boring. Most of your beginning quests are over, so you're left off to grind in instances with other people.

    TL;DR: Not very fun.

I will start by saying that it is "boring" ONLY if you make it boring.  I can say this on behalf of my 2+ years of playing Fiesta since it first launched into Closed Beta.

It is true that many of the events are very much cash shop-related, however there are ways that you can enjoy the game without having to spend money on cash shop items.  Whoever tells you otherwise, I would not listen to.  You haveto be positive about the game.  I am not saying the game is perfect, however I've stuck through with it for a long time and enjoyed my time there meeting a lot of great friends.  The game has many flaws.  Players complain about it.  But what don't players do? They don't work to make the game better.  It takes effort and a lot of professionalism to go up to a GM and give them your feedback.  If that doesn't work, look around for someone with connections to make sure your feedback is heard.  Also, Fiesta is a game where anyone can play it and make their own events.  Outspark is one of the most active communities I have ever seen.  It is a great plaec to do any events because that's something the community loves doing.

Overall, you can enhance your items, do quests, fight monsters, do instance dungeons, and enjoy the scenery.  The game is very easy to learn and easy to adapt to.  Just give it time and hang out with the players who are friendly.

Outspark just released a new update to the game that you can see here.  Check it out :)
