Same old nightmare comes back again

in Aion

Since I reformatted my hard drive in these days so I was reinstalling Aion again, and then the same old nightmare comes back again. I remembered it took me long time to figure out how to make the necessary changes to AionEU file. And now, it was just another same old deficiency from Aion.  

And why and why such profitable game like Aion still can't make it right or easier for EU players?

Or is it possible that my account was hacked? How will I know the difference between unsuccessful installation and account hacked?

Since both are not able to log in.

    send in a ticket for help from Aion Support, they are very good at getting to the root of any issues and respond realitivly quickly from my experience.

    well about account being hacked .. try to log on plaync see if that cfan help ? maybe ?

    and there is a thread on some forum about how to change the client from EU to NA and the otherway around too just google it

    What necessary changes? File -> Settings -> Advanced -> change region to Europe.

    You want easier than this? THAT'S the 'nightmare' that took you a long time to figure out? Please tell me I misunderstood the question...
