    HL2 was a freaken awsome game and decided to replay the levels over and over until bot match for HL2 DM is added.

    Yea hl2 gets my vote , been playing the game over and over again since the release !
    I also play the hl2dm ^^ , i finished doom 3 too but the story was weak , AI was weak , only great about the game was the gfx and the darkness/scary mood ...
    But i stil gonne play the expansion of doom 3 , did scared the shit out of me sometimes but near the end it was predictible

    Personally, I found Doom 3 to be far more immersive than Half-Life 2. Overall though HL2 was more fun to play. Both are still great games though. The thing I think most people really don't appreciate how Doom 3 was trying to recreate and capture the feeling of the original Doom.

    jag thank you, i feel like im fighting the alamo here. i think no one appreciates doom 3 toits fullest as i said i think it has UNIQUE multiplay. and CS multiplay bores me just becuase there is less play style variance, unlike in doom and UT2k4, where you can play in a lot of different styles, half life each map has a certain preffered weapon, and prefered routes and its about who can camp the best etc. Doom 3 and UT2k4  there is never any real best weapon at any map, and u can play with certain amounts of different styles and stuff.
