michael jackson is definetely "controversial" but the prosecutor is "controversal" too. If the prosecutor hadnt been so Gustapo or KGBish when he was gathering evidence and stuff this would be an easy trial and would be done by now.

He did not "Sleep" with the children as in had sex with them, he only slept in the same bed with them. I dont deny that he is a pedophiliac, I am just saying that people stretch the phrase "slept wth" too far.

I believe he had premeditated sleep over prties in which he could sleep in the same bed with children that were not his. This is what i find disturbing. I mean I can understand drifting off as your reading a bedtime story..but to tell the world as a matter of factly that you enjoy sleeping with children is just disturbing and wrong in itself. Whether or not there were sexual motives or involvement I would say he should be punished to the full extent of the law. Think of all the kids he has traumatized by just "sleeping" with. I mean seriously wouldnt you be? I cant imagine a bigger nightmare then waking up with michael jackson beside you even if nothing happened and I am a grown person. What horrifies me is that someone such as him is allowed to be around any children at all. Pedophile or not

The family of the children did sue other richs persons. This family is completely screwed up and they are harming their children a lot more then anyone else.

Michael Jackson appear to be socially deficient, needing attention, he even try to turn white for this attention. But actually spending time with kids, snoring with them or whatever is certainly not doing any wrong to anyone. I see guys ''pretending to fight'' with kids and it is a LOT more intimate then snoring with kids IMO. Sleeping harmlessly with fellow humans is natural, and he prolly miss it for some emotional reasons. He prolly want to fall asleep with others humans around and know he can trust them, thereby why he prefer kids, nothing sick, he is just immature.

Until someone prove me he had some form of SEX with kids, he is, as every other citizen, innocent. Michael Jackson have the psychology of the chronic victim, not an evil predator, he allow doctors to mess with him completely, and I believe he allow it because he ''need it'' emotionnally, even from those doctors, and actually prolly enjoy the chirurgy a lot on an emotional level. Innocent until proven guilty!

also the prosecution is aledging he would give some kids wine before they went to bed, then he would sleep in the bed with him. and one of these children is going to testify to this i think, if the wine thing gets admited as credible evidence the trial is over and hes fucked. this is the one celebrity who i think stands a good chance of getting hard jail time, Scot wylen from STP was doing drugs nad never drove stoned so they just have sent him to rehab like 12 times. courtney love manages to worm her way out of punishment. Kobe was innocent, and OJ simpson outspent the state of california for his freedom.

but michael doesnt stand a chacne if convicted of getting anything less then jail time in my mind, because scot, and courtney love never hurt anyone else with their drugs. but michael aledgedly molested children and i dont think they give probation for that no matter what. adn from what i heard of the jury selection they choose a bunch of white old grandparents, with one young blackwoman who happens to be a mother. so i think hes fucked plain and simple.

Inviting children to your billion dollar kiddy ranch and then climbing into bed with them is fairly self-explanatory imo. He continued to do this even after all the attention he got from the first case. In most pedophiliac cases there is far less evidence then this one that gets a conviction. He thinks because he is rich he can do what he wants. I mean how is it possible to prove he had sex with these children if you will not take their testimony as truth? That would mean most pedophiles would get off scot free providing they have enough money for a good lawyer to dig up dirt on the poor kid and his family. Saying that he has the psychology of the victim and not as a predator is a correct assumption but if you do your research you will see that statistics show that the abused becomes the abuser quite often . I do think what he did is totally wrong, but I still do not think he had sex with that child. I dont know enough about this case to comment, even though it is always in your face on national news channels.

well the rich and famous get off a lot on things they are most likely guilty of. <cough OJsimpson>

OJ just spent somewhere near like 20 million on his own defense, where the prosecutor the DA and that whole staffs salaries added up dont even make 2 million. when you hire a higher end lawyer they play some serious mind games with the jury and get the person off.

But i dont think this will work for michael, simply because a lot of the facts he has admited to in the past, his popular icon image now is "wacko jacko", and he dresses in a less then respectable manor, but the lawyer gets paid anyway so he really doesnt care either way it goes.

He will probably be declared guilty, this isnt the first time he has been charged with these accusations, so he will probably be guilty. Unless, he pays off the family like he did with the other cases.

i dont know if he can pay em off this time, hes spent MOST of his fortune and what is left he needs to spend on defense, i read somewhere he spent most of his fortune and i cna believe it, he bought the copyrights to several famous beatles songs, and he has given off so much in payoffs, and his exotic animals, and he spent a lot on a bunch of random stuff. he is nearly broke maybe down to his last 20 million, which might not be enough for a payoff. because the family if their smart can make that much off selling exclusive interviews and such.

I hope for the sake of the kids that he hasn't been molesting them but I doubt it. I don't buy his whole "I'm just a kid" routine.

What more does this guy have to do to look like a pedophile. He admits sleeping with kids. His room's walls are plastered with pictures of young boys. He's shown kids pornography. His neverland ranch is basically a child lure.

If he was just some guy living in your neighbourhood, inviting kids over to play with his toys and get into his bed the cops would have thrown him in jail a long time ago.

Also, his children are obviously not his. Somebody should do a DNA test on them and get them away from him.

I watched a 3 hour VH1 special on the Jackson's views on sex. From what I've seen and based on the opening statements from the prosecution and their witnesses as well as DNA and fingerprints in the bedrooms at the NeverLand Ranch, I believe this guy did molested those children

What i liked to read was," he looks like a pedofile" (maybe not written correct but you know what i mean). How can one know what a pedo looks like, it are always those people you didn't suspect it from. If you admit having children sleep in your bed, or even they way he looks/behaves you got to know that there is something wrong woth him and there are still parents sending their children to him then where lies the problem?

i agree with u guys that a lot of the problem lies with the parents. but lets put it this way, ur child needs medical treatment there is no way in hell u can afford, and he gives it to you then a year later he invites your kid to his ranch for the weekend, this is the only thing that makes it a choice to these parents in my mind.

but i think hes guilty of a lot of wrong things, but he is most likely 95 percent in my mind a pediphiles. and regus this is how u "look like a pediphile"

sry to double post but i heard the most wild and crazy news possible in this case. apparently the witness today is laying the foundation for the prosecutions case that mchael Jacksoin KIDNAPPED THE WHOLE FAMILY OF A VICTIM, and forged passports to sendt hem to hell. and all the news networks are saying shes credible and they have the actual forged passports. i say no fucking way that is so out of there and weird that i cannot believe it.

I dont know what to think, but i do know this, if the parents settle, that means their full of shit and are just using their kids to make it. Like the last family that he paid off. that is what is really F'ed up.
