I just need two questions awsnerd from someone who has experince with the game.
First, can I customise the appearnce my charcher if I'm on the trial account? People said go to the armory, but I'm there and I dont see anything that allows me to cusomise my charchter (Im currently on lvl 13)
Second, is this free to play for pay to play? And what are the limitations?

OK I think you can go to the armoury and buy new armour if you have the cash, it depends on your level and how many creds you have as to what you can buy but I'm sure a free trial can still purchase some. Also there's helmets and there's a shop tucked away somewhere on a lower floor that does extras.
Right now you can play the trial free to level 15, if you buy the game (I bought it on steam for £25) there is no subscription fee until the end of April or until they release sandstorm expansion. HiRez have decided that as it stands conquest doesn't have enough content to warrant a subscription so they're adding more (alot more) in the next patch. After that goes live they'll start asking for a subscription fee.
However even after that you can play the current game minus conquest and some coming extra content without paying a subscription. So PvP and PvE missions will all be F2P once you've bought the game just a subscription for the extra content like conquest.

If you go to one of the 'help consoles' in the center of the city, you can get directions to the different vendors and NPCs if you still can't find them. It gives you a trail of flashing arrows on the ground to follow, easy!

Thanks agricola, that answers some of my questions, about the character customization thing dreathor, maybe I should clarify, I know how to find the different vendors via the help computers, what I cant figure out it how I would go about customizing my character, as in changing her appearance and the sort, remember I'm on a trial account, so I was wondering if character customization is a trial limitation.
CUSTOMIZATION-
You go into the armor shop, and stand in front of the armor / helmet vendor, and hit the 'U' key.
It will bring up a list of armor / helms with lvl requirements and prices.
Buy what you can.
Then open your character screen (hit P or I, etc)
Click on the Appearance tab.
Click on a slot on the bottom, i.e; Helm , Armor, etc.
Then look on the right and you will see the available items you have purchased to equip there.
If you mean how to actually equip your armor, helmet and dyes- the poster above me nailed that (Just pop up your profile screen and go to the appearance tab). You're definately not restricted from this as a trial.
If you meant change your hairstyle etc. in-game- that isn't implemented yet.
