Any Changes regarding to the Housing?

I know LOTRO is an amazing game, however I'm a bit let down in the Housing system which preset you to only can put certain furnitures into certain place, as well it serves no purpose other than more storage room.
I wonder if they starting or will they ever starting to put anything new to the housing? Such as Gardening, or crafting something unique that can only be done in your home, or something you can grow inside the house like a lab or something?
Or are they going to make changes on furniture's placements? I know Turbine they don't really care about housing, since the housing part is just almost exactly like Asheron's Call, their previous masterpiece !! (yes i love that game so much)
So .... yup fill me in some info please

Absolutely none.
Since Moria, they stopped adding any fluff and most of their updates are about skirmishes and cap-level activity. Which is still lacking. There's just not enough man hours anymore.
REALITY CHECK
No housing is a forgotten game mechanic. I would supose that dev has long since been fired.

Howevery, Turbine just opened their new "tell the community team thread" and the subject deals with systems that need expanded/improved upon. Just about every single reply mentions housing.
So we can hope eh?
