What's Your Favourite "Disgusting" Food?

So, yep, what's the food you like the most that you suspect most people would be horrified by?
For me, it has to be Black Pudding. ( Pig's blood sausage. ) That stuff is seriously delicious, but I know most people in the Western world ( i.e. you Americans ) find it absolutely disgusting.
Try to avoid mundane foods like milk ( grass and feed digested and then taken from a cow's nipple ) or eggs ( hi unfertilised foetus ).
So, yep, what's your guiltily disgusting pleasure?

How can anyone eat Blood Sausage? That's just nasty! Now, I'll eat just about anything, but Blood is something I won't touch. Period. Why eat something like that? Ugh! It looks like a turd that you flush down the toliet, not something you'd eat!

Various reasons. It's really high on protein and iron, so it's actually pretty good for you. It's easy to cook once made as you just fry it for about two minutes and it's done. And, finally, it's DELICIOUS. It's like a bacon cake. Really. Light, crumbly and deliciously meaty.
Especially love how you can see the little spines in em when you eat them. I'm also a big fan of sardines, canned anchovies, and any type of Octopus, Squid, or Cuttlefish(especially Cuttlefish Jerky).
Fried Chicken Liver
Idk if that's nasty to most people though, I love it. Alot of people not familiar with asian cultures think Kimchi is nasty, but I love it.

I like chicken/turkey liver boiled with a bit of garlic.
Other than that, I don't know if anything else I eat falls into the category of disgusting, as I never really ask other people what they think about my dietary habits.

Ive got a very broad pallete, theres not much I wont eat.

balut, umm, yummy, it's what my mom ate while I was a fetus. It made me strong, and has really good protiens! =D
btw, I'm not making this up, I'm half filipino...
ya, we call it a "bloody bull". I think anheiser bush actually started selling this stuff pre-made, but I havnt seen it. Even if so, id stick to the home made way so I can make it to my taste. Its great for a hangover

Is nobody even going to mention hog or bull testicles? That was the only thing I could think of but to be honest I don't really like them. Might have something to do with the fact that I used to be the one who had to remove them from the animals.
I've eaten them but I was never thrilled about it.

That's not gross? Esp if you're from Atlanta, GA. I can eat fried okra till I get sick.
