beats me i baught the game yesterday and love it ,where sony upgraded graphic men this game look nice

i had to dl the newest dx (feb)since eq and w7 arent friendly without it.i guess the dx we get doesnt have the older dx lol

aside from that its fairly smooth running ,i played wow 5 years and eq1 is a better game then wow in lot of ways

BUT!its a brainiac game ,if you dont like to thing or to read and comprehend what you read if you dont like to take note

when you get a tip ,then dont play this game because you get 20 tip a sec lol

you have to take some note if you dont you wont remembe them then its goodby  lol

and aside from being a brainiac game (i love it)this game has gotten some good polish

the rock in underfoot look like rock they dont look bad

check the trial area it give a fair idea.if your fed up of the hand holding (wow)then this might be a nice challenge

remember this game can be played on the worst computer (yes quality will suffer)to

nice graphic ,most video you see on xfire or other show the worst but they dont show the good

also i havent seen one highest quality stream on xfire in hd

not one ,and the eq2 excuse dont work here since there is no lag aside from sony connection it self not being fast enough that is (thats another story tho

I've no idea how many people actually still play, all I know is that after about 5 years away from EQ, I'm back.  It's still clunky and frustrating but also still very fun and challenging.  I'm on Cazic and joined a guild that has over 200 active members with 30 people online at any given time.  More than enough for me to feel like I'm not alone.

If you're thinking about coming back and have been away for 5+ years, I say go for it.  The game has changed and it's easy to get from 1 to 60 in a (casual) month or so.

Yea I think IM coming back I cant take it anymore. Galaxies got messed up but sounds like EQ is better considering the player base. Need something to play mmo wise while I wait for TOR. The nostalgia alone is worth re-subbing and I've been gone since 2003 or 4. I will be starting on  a level 1 server dont want to miss all the fun :)

For graphics I got my badCompany 2 but FPS is only fun for so long and u need to mix it up with some mmo time.
