Pretty self explanatory.
I personally can't wait for Star Wars: The Old Republic. One of my favourite sci-fi's paired with one of my favourite developers, a recipe for greatness.

The Secret World.
That game, despite being from Funcom, looks like awesomesauce!
Einherjar_LC says: WTB the true successor to UO or Asheron's Call pst!
I'll second that, can not wait.
Even though we know nothing about it, its got to be blizzard next MMO. Starwars I'll check out but I get the feeling it will play more like a bigger version of ME and wont feel MMO'e
I'm looking forward to SWTOR, Earthrise, World of Darkness, and Warhammer 40K. But if I had to pick one over the others, it would definitely be World of Darkness.
"Mr. Rothstein, your people never will understand... the way it works out here. You're all just our guests. But you act like you're at home. Let me tell you something, partner. You ain't home. But that's where we're gonna send you if it harelips the governor." - Pat Webb
SW TOR is the MMO i'm waiting for but its release date is for next year around spring. In 2010 the MMO i'm looking forward to is Black Prophecy. About one month ago i started EVE and i'm loving it. So i would like to try a space MMO which puts you inside the cockpit of a space craft and you can control it with a joystick. The games looks pretty nice plus it will be f2p.
Their is nothing new to see in the near or far gaming future and hasn't been in the past 5 years. Just a bunch of stagnant boring MMO gaming formats released one after the other. The question that should be asked is where will gamers go when WoW dies since its the modern day favorite among casual gamers. Who will feed there hunger when they look for another thrill? I've spent tons of money on just about every MMO title ever released in the past 12+ years. The tables have now turned to the point that i and a majority of fellow veteran gamers won't spend a penny on a gaming title that isn't completely different then any MMO i've played before. A game that puts community above all things will be the next success when gameplay is like i said secondary compared to social aspects.
Same.
1. Guild Wars 2 - Most likely 2011
2. The Old Republic - Most likey 2011
3. FFXIV - 2010
WoD and SWTOR are the only games which have my interest peeked and mainly due to their awesome ip's and the awesome companies bringing those games to market. That still does not mean I am on board with either games other then just being interested in their development and ultimate outcome as mmoRPG's.
Games I've played/tried out:WAR, LOTRO, Tabula Rasa, AoC, EQ1, EQ2, WoW, Vangaurd, FFXI, D&DO, Lineage 2, Saga Of Ryzom, EvE Online, DAoC, Guild Wars,Star Wars Galaxies, Hell Gate London, Auto Assault, Grando Espada ( AKA SoTNW ), Archlord, CoV/H, Star Trek Online, APB, Champions Online, FFXIV, Rift Online, GW2.
Game(s) I Am Currently Playing:
GW2 (+LoL and BF3)
World of Darkness by CCP is interesting to think about, but we have yet to hear anything about the game. I think they're too occupied with Ambulation.
I've had my eye on APB for a while, and it just keeps getting better. Persistant FPS + good community + awsome tools for creativity. Theres even a small set of music studio software built in.
Diablo 3.
I know it's not an MMO but I think it's going to suck a lot of people away from MMOs, at least for a while. Especially WoW - tons of people migrating from Dialbo II is what made classic WoW as big as it was as fast as it was, and people leaving for D3 will empty it out (relatively speaking, it'll still be the most populus MMO by a long shot) just as fast, I think.
Earthrise
Playing: Rift, LotRO
Waiting on: GW2, BP
Tera, Blade & Soul and Berkanix
The Secret World.
Also Star Wars and TERA.
EQ1, EQ2, SWG, SWTOR, GW, GW2 CoH, CoV, FFXI, WoW, CO, War,TSW and a slew of free trials and beta tests
also TSW. Looks good, but funcom can easily ruin it.
Earthrise.
Current Games: WOW, EVE Online
To be honest there isn't much out there right now that I'm interested in. I've been following SWTOR, but that game still isn't doing it for me because of the cartoony feel and the themepark quest feel. However, I'll continue to at least follow it.
1. Mortal Online
2. Xsyon
3. Perpetuum
4. World of Darkness
Hell hath no fury like an MMORPG player scorned.
In no particular order:
Announced:
FFXIV
GW2
TERA
Gods and Heroes
TSW
Tera, SWToR, GW2, WoD Online (if ever), maybe Secret World, and maybe FFXIV... but I won't subscribe to multiple games, so it's going to be a tough call.
Tera looks the 'shiniest' and it's action combat style would force me to party with others, which is something I should do more.
SWToR will have a great story, which is the aspect I like the most about RPG's in general, and is lacking in a majority of MMO's.
GW2, see above, it should have a great story as well, and is F2P Online so buying this one will still allow me to sub to one of the others.
Secret World, I really don't know a lot about it, certain aspects remind me a little of the Shadow Hearts series (I think)
FFXIV, the graphics look amazing, very close comparison to Tera IMO, but I don't know if I can get over the 'clothes makes the man' class system.
WoD Online... Has it ever been officially announced?
In no particular order:
black prophecy
secret world
Warhammer 40k
WoD
SW:ToR
Copernicus
SW:TOR
Trion
FFIV
I've been looking at a lot of titles lately, but only FFXIV and SW:TOR really excite me. Both are being made by great developers, both are moving away from the overspecialized tank-dps-healer mechanics. Both should have strong story (TOR wins out here a bit, but I think FFXIV should have some pretty awesome gameplay). I might end up playing both at the same time.
So far nothing else has really caught my eye.
I'm waiting on TOR. Bioware. Star Wars. KOTOR Timeline. Awesome.
Keeping an eye on Secret World though. Looks interesting.
Playing: EVE, Final Fantasy 13, Uncharted 2, Need for Speed: Shift
Earthrise
TERA
APB (not really an mmo)
Jumpgate Evolution
