The problem with flying capital ships in EVE is that it doesn't really feel that much different than flying the smaller ships. But the OP is being a bit lame, m,aybe try playing the game first before going all judgemental on it hehe.
If what you mean by capital ship as in Titans then no you can't. Because the chances of you flying a Titan is as close as winning the lottery. Only the L33test of all l33tness + no life to be able to even see one.
